Michael Jackson’s only daughter engaged: Paris’ fiancé shocks fans

Michael Jackson’s only daughter was recently spotted cozying up with her new man and fans are expressing their shock over Paris’ husband-to-be, who looks oddly familiar.

As the daughter of Michael Jackson, Paris, 26, has grown up under the glaring lens of fame but has carved out her own identity as an artist, model, and advocate for mental health.

Her relationships, though private, have always intrigued fans and recently, she had a big announcement that sparked a lot of intrigue online.

On December 6, the model dropped a series of images that show her and Justin Long sharing several special moments since they started dating in 2022.

“Happy birthday my sweet blue. doing life with you these last years has been an indescribable whirlwind and I couldn’t dream of anyone more perfect for me to do it all with. thank you for letting me be yours. I love you,” she captions the post, dedicated to her bandmate, who’s worked with his wife-to-be for several years from behind the scenes.

Sustainable ring

The sweetest photo is seen towards the end of the carousel where Long – a music producer and engineer – is down on one knee, facing the “Hit your Knees” singer, with a ring box in his hands.

In the box was a dazzling lab-grown diamond ring – designed by Jean Dousset, the great-great grandson of Cartier founder Louis Cartier – honoring Paris’ sustainable spirit.

“Thrilled to have been part of this special journey in creating your engagement ring. It was an exciting creative process bringing all the meaningful, symbolic details to life. Feeling the love jackpot,” Dousset captions an Instagram photo of the lovebirds.

‘Clones’

Social media has been buzzing ever since photos of the couple hit the internet. With both sporting edgy, boho-inspired styles, a love for tattoos, and similarly piercing eyes, fans were quick to point out that they could almost pass for twins.

“Now that’s a beautiful blue eyed [sic] couple. I can already see what their babies will look like. They actually look like each other,” writes fan on Instagram, while a Facebooker shares, “Twins congratulations 🎊.”

“Is that the same person?” one user asks after noticing the couple’s uncanny resemblance to one another.

“Paris and Justin have very similar faces, they could have easily been brother and sister,” offers another, while one netizen adds, “She basically found her male clone, and I’m here for it!”

Agreeing with the clones comments, another says “They look like clones of each other!”

‘Ironclad prenup’

Meanwhile, other cyber users pointed out that the singer, who comes from one of the world’s most famous families, needs to have a prenup in place to protect her estimated $100,000 million fortune.

“Wish her the best. She should get a prenuptial, of course,” writes one user on Facebook, while another netizen offers, “Pre-nuptial agreement is the best thing for protecting not only your money but you need to protect the assets that others leave behind.”

An insider told Daily Mail that the Jackson family is “super wary of this relationship”: “As soon as the engagement occurred there were talks within the family to make sure that there is an ironclad prenup in place,” the source revealed.

“It is no secret that Paris has a massive inheritance…now that she is getting married to [Long], he is also marrying into the Jackson fortune,” the insider adds.

According to the outlet, Paris and her brothers – Prince, 27, and Bigi, 22 – receive $8 million each year from their father’s estate, and “it is believed they will inherit about $2 billion altogether when they turn 33.”

For now, all eyes are on this rockstar couple and whether their resemblance is a happy accident or fate’s quirky sense of humor, one thing is certain: her life is as captivating as ever.
